Ngeth Chou

I am a Real Estate Investor, Finance and Investment Specialist, and a Senior Consultant at Emerging Markets Consulting (EMC), a regional consulting firm based in Cambodia. Currently I am supporting USAID-funded project Harvest II as a Finance and Investment Specialist. Over the last 10 years, I have served various senior roles including a Consultant/Microfinance Manager at USAID/HARVEST Program, a former Senior Management Team at AMK MFI, Chairman of Solar Energy Association Cambodia (SEAC). At EMC, I have actively been involving in many consulting projects for the World Bank, UNDP, USAID/DAI, Israeli Embassy, AusAID and few leading MFIs on strategic advisory. I hold BA in Philosophy, BBA in Marketing, MBA in Management and Executive Education Program on Strategic Leadership for Microfinance from Harvard University, Boston, USA. I was born in 1979 in Takeo. I know what I am doing and have clear life goals. “Always explore opportunity for life, do not wait for opportunity to come to you” is my word to share with youth groups.
