He has almost over ten- years of experience in managing Programme and HR/Admin management within the Non-profit and Private sector. He has experiences to develop and implement appropriate HR policies and procedures for the management of staff within the institution. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, selection, performance management, training & development, in project design, budget planning and operations and developed a strategic planning for Non-profit Organization, and ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly. He has also experienced working with executive management teams to build up a strategic alliances with partnership institutions. In addition, he has fourth-year experiences of volunteering as board of director’s members in the Non-profit Institution such as Chab Dai Coalition, NGO Coalition on the right of the Children (NGOCRC) and Cambodia Children Against Starvation and Violence (CCASVA) up to presents. He works with board of director members to providing strategic guidance level to executive management team to improve daily operation to achieve organizational vision and goals. He is a highly motivated manager. He has gained comprehensive experience in key programs, policy decisions and all operation-related decisions. Having experience in managing projects with limited resources and working with teams that have diverse backgrounds has also helped him at the institution. He is a manager who always maintains good relationships with his staff and he enjoys the dynamic work environment as well as working in a multi-cultural setting. He hold a Masters in Human Resource Management and Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Cambodia (UC). In addition, he has attended various trainings related to management and leadership for an organization.
